We offer a curated range of spa treatments including:

3. Where do you operate in New Zealand?
Spa Nomad currently operates in selected cities and regions across New Zealand. We provide mobile services to Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, New Plymouth, Kapiti, Martinborough. For Mobile services, please enter your location during booking or contact us to confirm availability.
4. How do I make a booking?
Bookings can be made easily through our website or by contacting our customer service team. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
5. Can I make a booking for treatments or massage at my home or preferred location?
Yes, we can arrange our therapist and necessary equipment to your location. For Mobile services, please enter your location during booking or contact us to confirm availability. A travel fee will be applicable.
6. Can I make a booking for treatments or massage at my hotel?
Bookings are available at hotels. We recommend contacting us prior booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. A travel fee will be applicable.
7.How much will be the travel fee?
The travel fee will be ranged from NZ$25 to NZ$50 subject to the travelling time for our therapist to reach your location. We will advise the travel fee after receiving your booking information and the preferred schedule to check with our available therapist. Here is a gauge of travel fee for reference.
Travel fee based on travelling time (based on availability of therapist on the schedule of appointment)
- 15 mins - NZ$25
- 20 mins - NZ$40
- 30 mins - NZ$50
8. How far in advance should I book?
For best availability, we recommend booking:
- At least 24–48 hours in advance for standard treatments
- 3–7 days in advance for group or event bookings
9. What do I need to prepare for my home spa session?
Very little preparation is needed. We will bring all essential equipment, including:
- Massage table
- Fresh linens
- Oils and spa products
All you need to provide is a quiet, comfortable space for setup. If possible, a stool or chair for our therapist would be appreciated.
10. Are your therapists professionally qualified?
Yes. All Spa Nomad therapists are fully trained, certified, and experienced professionals, carefully selected to ensure the highest standards of service and care.
11. Do you offer services for couples or groups?
Absolutely. We offer couples treatments, bridal parties, wellness retreats, and corporate wellness sessions. Custom packages are available upon request.
12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other online payment options as shown during checkout.
13. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within the 48 hours prior the appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
14. Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, rescheduling is possible subject to availability and our cancellation policy. Please contact us as early as possible.
15. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
We use high-quality, professional spa products. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions, please inform us during booking so we can tailor your treatment.
16. Can I request a male or female therapist?
Therapist requests can be made during booking and will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
17. Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, Spa Nomad gift vouchers are available and make a perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions.
18. Is tipping required?
Tipping is not required but always appreciated if you feel your therapist provided exceptional service.
